Jam chart entries
Seven Below

Trey’s relaxed comping immediately sets the tone of the jam from the onset, establishing a hazy low-key vibe. Mike then introduces a tonal pivot towards minor key territory which platforms a harmonically-rich and at times sci-fi textured atmosphere. As Page moves to the piano, more organic/clean play takes shape, eventually modulating towards uplifting major-key heroics. This then quickly winds down to a low-boil and > “Plasma”.

Plasma

> from a “Seven Below” you’ll want to check out. Clearly comfortable in the venue on the penultimate night of their run, the band drops “Plasma” in the two-hole of a four song suite lasting around an hour. The band toys with effects as the jam flows along effortlessly before > into a massive “C&P”.

Crosseyed and Painless

Emerging from the song proper into a melodic take on the main Crosseyed riff thus setting the table with an emotional build. HEROIC riff from Trey around 840 channels Eno's St Elmo's Fire. We shift around 12:25 into an overdrive rock jam before fading back into an minimalistic groove. The return to the Crosseyed chorus is dominated by increasingly demented takes on the lyrics before sonar riffs from Trey over a driving beat queues up the Phish Krautrock segment of the Sphere residency. Fade out on a demented Crosseyed riff and on perhaps the most exciting jam of the final weekend.

Saw It Again

This version earns its “noteworthy” status by way of a comical instrument switch-up between Trey and Fishman, as Trey takes on the drum chair to allow Fish to blow sweet music on his vacuum. Trey then introduces Fishman by a few of his famous aliases before ending the tune.

Versions phish.net's jam charts single out as noteworthy.

Setlist notes

The visuals for Sample In a Jar went inside a temple filled with stained glass windows, explored it, then exited before the song ended and the temple crumbled. Mound was played for the first time since September 2, 2023 (113 shows). Tela was played for the first time since December 31, 2023 (100 shows). Plasma was unfinished. Mike teased Mound in Crosseyed and Painless and teased Seven Below in Pillow Jets and Sand. During I Didn't Know, Trey introduced Fish as "the 500 Foot-Tall Man" and "the Thunder from Down Under." Saw It Again then featured Fish on vacuum and Trey on drums. After the song, Trey gave Fish the same introductions, and added that he was "sucking for you! We saw him again!"
