A typical night, rotation-wise - nothing shelved more than 50 shows.
Gap = shows since the song was last played, at the moment it was played.
A persuasive improvisational essay, the jam follows the intro with 3 paragraphs of exploratory premise before a neat conclusion. Transitioning out of the song the first section of play leans ambient, partially recalling the spirit of The Lemonwheel version, before deftly moving into a mid-section melodic mountain climb that feels satisfyingly familiar. The final paragraph of play takes a slightly more aggressive tone expressing a fiery statement of purpose before winding down cleanly and > to "Ruby Waves".
Versions phish.net's jam charts single out as noteworthy.
The Moma Dance and Ruby Waves were unfinished. Reba did not contain the whistling ending. Page teased Oye Coma Va in Twist.
