Setlist notes

The Bowie intro contained teases of All Things Reconsidered, Mockingbird, Dinner and a Movie, and Golgi, as well as Random Note and Simpsons signals. Trey teased Lazy and Buried Alive in Chalk Dust Torture. YEM contained a Simpsons signal. Sweet Adeline was performed without microphones. Chalk Dust Torture Reprise was teased and quoted before the soundcheck's Lullaby of Birdland.
